North Royalton home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in North Royalton rose by $56,750 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 68.2% increase over the $83,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in North Royalton in February 2016.
