Seven Hills home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Seven Hills fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 2% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Seven Hills in February 2016.
