Olmsted Falls home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Olmsted Falls rose by $69,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 90.8% increase over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Olmsted Falls in February 2016.
