Walton Hills home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Walton Hills rose by $14,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,250 - a 9.2% increase over the $160,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Walton Hills in February 2016.
