Beachwood home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Beachwood fell by $100,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 26.7% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Beachwood in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,158, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
