Orange home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Orange rose by $137,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 75.9% increase over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Orange in February 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2017.
