Bedford Heights home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Bedford Heights fell by $30,750 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,750 - a 31.9% decrease over the $96,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bedford Heights in January 2016.
