Cleveland Heights home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Cleveland Heights rose by $23,250 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,250 - a 36.9% increase over the $63,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in January 2016.
