South Euclid home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in South Euclid rose by $21,258 while total sales increased by 121.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,500 - a 35.3% increase over the $60,242 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in South Euclid in January 2016.
