North College Hill home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in North College Hill fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 35% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in North College Hill in May 2018.
