Newtown home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Newtown fell by $8,375 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,500 - a 6.1% decrease over the $137,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newtown in May 2018, as well.
