Springfield Township home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $18,800 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $111,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Springfield Township in May 2018.
