Greenhills home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Greenhills rose by $14,930 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,500 - a 11.8% increase over the $126,570 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Greenhills in May 2018.
