Cincinnati home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $15,800 while total sales decreased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 361 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,800 - a 12.2% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 400 homes sold in Cincinnati in May 2018.
