Sharonville home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Sharonville rose by $37,700 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,450 - a 30% increase over the $125,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Sharonville in May 2018.
