Wyoming home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Wyoming fell by $107,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 26% decrease over the $412,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wyoming in May 2018.
