Symmes Township home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Symmes Township rose by $220,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $451,000 - a 95.7% increase over the $230,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Symmes Township in May 2018.
