Woodlawn home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Woodlawn fell by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 57.7% decrease over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woodlawn in April 2018.
