Lockland home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Lockland rose by $25,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 74.2% increase over the $34,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Lockland in April 2018.
