Colerain Township home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Colerain Township rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Colerain Township in April 2018.
