Springfield Township home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Springfield Township fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Springfield Township in April 2018.
