Cincinnati home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Cincinnati rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 14.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 344 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $139,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 402 homes sold in Cincinnati in April 2018.
