Harrison home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Harrison fell by $31,000 while total sales increased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 15.7% decrease over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Harrison in April 2018.
