Glendale home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Glendale rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 52.7% increase over the $137,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glendale in April 2018.
