Newtown home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Newtown rose by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,000 - a 23.9% increase over the $148,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newtown in April 2018.
