Anderson Township home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Anderson Township rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 17.1% increase over the $198,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Anderson Township in April 2018.
