Madeira home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Madeira fell by $29,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 9% decrease over the $329,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Madeira in April 2018.
