Indian Hill home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Indian Hill fell by $190,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $875,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $1,065,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indian Hill in April 2018.
