Woodlawn home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Woodlawn rose by $42,928 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,928 - a 63.1% increase over the $68,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Woodlawn in March 2018.
