Bridgetown home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Bridgetown fell by $9,400 while total sales decreased by 59.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $128,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Bridgetown in March 2018.
