Reading home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Reading rose by $13,145 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,145 - a 11.7% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Reading in March 2018.
