Deer Park home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Deer Park fell by $13,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 9.4% decrease over the $139,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Deer Park in March 2018.
