St. Bernard home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in St. Bernard rose by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 96.4% increase over the $70,001 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Bernard in March 2018.
