Monfort Heights South home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Monfort Heights South fell by $15,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 8.1% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Monfort Heights South in March 2018, as well.
