Dillonvale home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Dillonvale rose by $16,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 9.3% increase over the $172,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dillonvale in March 2018.
