Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $52,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 39.6% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Loveland in March 2018.
