Anderson Township home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Anderson Township rose by $18,183 while total sales decreased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,500 - a 8.8% increase over the $206,317 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Anderson Township in March 2018.
