Glendale home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Glendale fell by $93,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,000 - a 23.3% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Glendale in March 2018.
