Indian Hill home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Indian Hill fell by $185,000 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $815,000 - a 18.5% decrease over the $1,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Indian Hill in March 2018.
