Lincoln Heights home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Lincoln Heights fell by $1,550 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,450 - a 4.4% decrease over the $35,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lincoln Heights in February 2018.
