St. Bernard home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in St. Bernard fell by $65,983 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 62.3% decrease over the $105,983 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in St. Bernard in February 2018.
