Mount Healthy Heights home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights fell by $276,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,000 - a 74.6% decrease over the $370,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in February 2018.
