Colerain Township home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Colerain Township rose by $46,100 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 58.4% increase over the $78,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Colerain Township in February 2018.
