Norwood home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Norwood fell by $11,900 while total sales increased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 7.6% decrease over the $155,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Norwood in February 2018.
