Anderson Township home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Anderson Township fell by $43,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 17% decrease over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Anderson Township in February 2018.
