Mariemont home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Mariemont rose by $173,245 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $457,250 - a 61% increase over the $284,006 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mariemont in February 2018, as well.
