Indian Hill home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Indian Hill rose by $97,499 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,287,500 - a 8.2% increase over the $1,190,001 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Indian Hill in February 2018.
