Springfield Township home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Springfield Township rose by $39,000 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 55.7% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Springfield Township in January 2018.
