Mount Healthy home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Mount Healthy rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,500 - a 25.9% increase over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mount Healthy in January 2018.
