Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $104,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in January 2018.
